About RJ Cole and Partners
Russell Cole established his first practice in Christies Beach after graduating in 1975. The name RJ Cole and Partners first appeared in October of 1979. In response to the demands of our growing clientele, the expanding firm moved to our present offices in 1989.
Since those early years, a strong identification with the local community and a genuine commitment to service has seen the firm grow, both in size and reputation.
Today RJ Cole and Partners is the largest Southern Suburbs law firm, employing six lawyers and five support staff. Each of our lawyers bring their own particular knowledge and experience to the practice, enabling the firm to offer help and advice in a wide range of legal areas.
RJ Cole and Partners appear in various courts, including Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts, as well as the Family Court and Federal Magistrate's Court, in civil, criminal and family law matters.
Justifiably proud of the reputation we have earned over the last 30 years, RJ Cole & Partners is a well established part of the Southern Districts community.
RJ Cole and Partners accepts Legal Aid funded and private paying clients. You can apply for Legal Aid through our office, and we can assist you in filling out the appropriate forms correctly.
